The real-time sampling (RTS) technology upon which Raptor antennas are based, allows for speedy data collection. When mounted in a vehicle carrier, a Raptor array can easily collect data at posted speed limits, without the need for lane closures, active traffic management, including support vehicles. Someone can simply drive the Raptor survey vehicle with the flow of traffic, without impeding other road users, allowing the operator to map significant distances of street corridors in short order.
